Conservation Information

The collection held in The Angus Library and Archive has never benefited from an in-house conservator and therefore is in a state of disrepair. Regent’s Park College has received a grant from The Pilgrim Trust which will enable us to begin the process of remedying this situation. This will happen along 2 lines.

Firstly a wide sweeping minimal conservation for items which need minor work and a clean in order to stabilize the items and  arrest any further deterioration.

Secondly undertaking more complex conservation for a small number of items which have been identified as benefiting the most from this work.
